Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson HOLDS CHARITY DINNER

The iconic Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson recently held a charity hi-tea in support of the Cancer Awareness Month (See original article @ csrmalaysia.org)

Many guests including cancer patients and survivors graced the event showing their support for the noble cause. Attendees were entertained by local celebrities such as Jaclyn Victor, Adibah Noor and Datuk Zainal Abidin. They performed a medley of favorite hits to the delight of the crowd. Local fashion designer, WILKA showcased their contemporary, classy yet edgy collections for the modern woman.

The event was attended by 300 guests, they enjoyed the specially crafted hi-tea menu at the Grand Ballroom. ‘As part of our CSR initiatives in conjunction with Cancer Awareness Month, we are happy to raise funds and show our support to the local community and association that supports the wellbeing of cancer patients and survivors’, said the President of Lexis Hotel Group, Ms Mandy Chew Siok Cheng.

DONATION TO HOSPICE NEGERI SEMBILAN

Chew further added, the donation of RM26,000 to Pertubuhan Hospice Negeri Sembilan will enable them to continue providing assistance and awareness through their life-changing programs to cancer patients.

The mock cheque was presented by Mandy Chew Siok Cheng, President of Lexis Hotel Group, witness by Yang Berhormat Nicole Tan Lee Koon (Negeri Sembilan Exco) State Woman, Family and Welfare Committee Chairman to Dr Anthony Gilbert, Chairman, Pertubuhan Hospice Negeri Sembilan.

The special event ended with a lucky draw session with guests winning spa vouchers, dining and hotel room vouchers courtesy of Lexis Hotel Group.
